President Marjorie presents a cheque to Jack Maguire for £1000 for the Coda Fidde Orchestra. The orchestra accepts children from financially disadvantaged backgrounds in the Boscombe area who are given the loan of a violin and receive free tuition from professional musicians. There are over 25 youngsters in the scheme which has been supported over the past 4 years by the Club's Youth Camp Trust. The scheme is unique in that there is no other like it in the country.
